The human being counts – need we say more about portraits? From analogue with the legendary Polaroid 35mm films to digital technology: Andreas Bromba uses technology only as a tool, not as an end in itself. Black and white is photographed in black and white or intended to be black and white – that’s the only way black and white photography works in the digital age. But colour is also quite nice.

Many photographs are from reportages for daily newspapers like Berliner Zeitung, Berliner Morgenpost or die Welt. Others are for artists or bands. Or just because.
