19 April 2017 – Edgar Froese’s autobiography “FORCE MAJEURE – 1967-2014” with photos and a text by Andreas Bromba will be published on his birthday, 6 June 2017. Edgar Froese (1944-2015) was a charismatic musician and founder of the legendary band TANGERINE DREAM. Andreas Bromba is delighted to be involved in this publication with two of his portraits of Edgar Froese. More details coming soon!
31 October 2017 – Tokyo, Yokohama, Zushi and Kamakura: Andreas Bromba spent several weeks in Japan in September 2017 – more than 2,500 photographs were the result. New photographic material for the long-running conceptual series “Mystical Series” and “The city from below” as well as for the new series “Faces of Japan”. Japan is fascinating for its wonderful people and for the harmonious synthesis of living tradition and absolute modernity, with plenty of “cuteness” and playfulness – anything is possible!
