2022-11-07 – “Mystical Maya Land” is one of Andreas Bromba’s new photo series and he is presenting this series at the Affordable Art Fair in Hamburg. These are atmospheric photographs from Mexico, mainly from Chichen Itzá, which respectfully depict the ancient Maya sites—as if they might return at any moment (after all, they are not really gone).
The turquoise-green, sometimes bluish hue picks up one of the Maya’s predominant colour combinations and forms the unifying thread across the different motifs.

Some of these photographs from “Mystical Maya Land” will be exhibited for the first time, at the Affordable Art Fair (https://affordableartfair.com/fairs/hamburg/) in Hamburg at the VisuleX Gallery for Photography stand—together with some classics from the Blue or Mystical series. Andreas Bromba will be present in person on the opening night, November 10, and on Saturday, November 12, from 6:00 PM and 3:00 PM respectively.
