Andreas Bromba at the Affordable Art Fair in Hamburg | Nov 10–13 2022

2022-11-07 – “Mystical Maya Land” is one of the new photo series by Andreas Bromba, and he is presenting this series at the Affordable Art Fair in Hamburg. These are atmospheric photographs from Mexico, predominantly from Chichen Itzá, which respectfully depict the ancient sites of the Mayans—as if they might return at any moment (after all, they never really left).

The turquoise-greenish, sometimes bluish hue reflects one of the predominant color combinations of the Mayans and serves as the unifying thread between the various motifs.

Maya Land, everlasting in the jungle

Several of these photographs from “Mystical Maya Land” will be exhibited for the first time at the Affordable Art Fair (https://affordableartfair.com/fairs/hamburg/) in Hamburg at the VisuleX Gallery for Photography booth—alongside several classics from the Blue or Mystical series. Andreas Bromba will be personally present on the opening night, November 10, and on Saturday, November 12, from 6:00 PM and 3:00 PM respectively.
