The photo series TERRRA TOTAL was created in the 1990s under the original title Other Worlds. These are macro photographs: scenes composed of toys and small everyday objects. Smurfs, plastic skeletons, and their friends symbolically depict the absurdities of life—situations into which people sometimes find themselves thrust completely unexpectedly (and helplessly).
After approximately ten years, Andreas Bromba resumed this series under the new title TERRRA TOTAL. The first motif of TERRRA TOTAL is titled “Meeting Point N.Y.” and was created in January 2002. The series continues.
All photographs are analog captures.
